Terms and Conditions of Designers Bazaar

Welcome to Designers Bazaar! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Designers Bazaar platform ("Platform"), which connects freelance designers ("Designers") and clients seeking design services ("Clients"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

Account Registration:

To use the Platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

Design Projects:

Designers can create project listings on the Platform to offer their services.

Clients can view projects posted by the designers on the platform to seek design services from Designers.

Designers and Clients can communicate, collaborate, and negotiate project details through the Platform.

Project Payments:

Clients will be charged the agreed-upon project fee upon project initiation.

Designers will receive payment upon successful completion and approval of the project by the Client.

Designer’s Bazaar will deduct a commission percentage from the project fee as a platform service fee.

Prohibited Activities:

Users must not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities on the Platform.

Users must not violate any intellectual property rights or share unauthorized content.

Users must not engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior towards other users.

Clients or designers must not share their contact details on the platform or with anyone associated with the platform.

Intellectual Property:

Designers retain the intellectual property rights to their original work.

Clients receive a license to use the delivered work for the intended purpose after payment.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for their interactions and agreements with other users.

Users must not disclose or share sensitive information such as personal or financial details.

Content Moderation:

Designers Bazaar reserves the right to moderate and remove any content that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

Termination and Suspension:

Designers Bazaar may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reasons at its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability:

Designers Bazaar is not responsible for the quality or outcome of design projects.

Users use the Platform at their own risk, and Designers Bazaar shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ahmedabad.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Gujarat.

Changes to the Terms:

Designers Bazaar may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
